A village near Tengboche

 

Milingo is a small locality in the Khumbu Pasanglamhu region of Solukhumbu, located at an elevation of 3,937 meters in Nepal’s Koshi Province. It lies along the popular Everest Base Camp (EBC) trek, making it an important stop for trekkers in the Everest region. Milingo is situated near the localities of Chaturje and Deuche, offering a peaceful environment with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. With a few small lodges and hotels, it provides trekkers with basic accommodation and a chance to rest before continuing their journey toward higher altitudes. Its serene atmosphere and proximity to the natural beauty of the Khumbu region make it a memorable stop on the EBC trek.
