Picturesque locality

 

Marlung is a picturesque locality in the Khumbu Pasanglamhu region of Solukhumbu, located at an elevation of 4,249 meters in Nepal’s Koshi Province. Situated along the Renjo La Pass trek, Marlung is surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and offers a peaceful stop for trekkers heading toward the pass. It lies in proximity to the village of Dingjung and is close to Makyo. Marlung is a high-altitude settlement that provides trekkers with an opportunity to rest and acclimatize while immersing themselves in the tranquil beauty of the Everest region. The area is known for its stunning scenery and serves as an important waypoint for those trekking to the Renjo La Pass and beyond.
